Kevin M. Carroll spent approximately 10 years as a prosecutor. He handled criminal cases that spanned Delaware. From driving offenses to murder; from JP Court to the Supreme Court; Kevin has handled cases throughout the State of Delaware.
Kevin has also handled consumer fraud matters. Mortgage mediation to Unfair Deceptive Acts Practices (UDAP) to consumer fraud - Kevin has seen a wide variety issues throughout Delaware.
While in private practice, Kevin remained engaged to public service by providing pro bono services to the Family Court for the State of Delaware as a guardian ad litem, as an officer for a local Community Center, and the Chairperson for a statewide quasi-governmental authority that impacted the lives of thousands of Delawareans everyday.
Kevin also spent years with a major financial institution. He advised on issues such as: debt collection; unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices; regulatory compliance.

Kevin graduated magna cum laude and second in his class, from Widener Law School in 2006. He was the recipient of the Dean's Award, an Outstanding Student Service Award, and numerous other awards. Kevin was also a Wolcott Fellow, serving as a clerk for a Delaware Supreme Court Justice during his third year of law school.

Kevin left the United States Marine Corps on a Friday, starting law school the following Monday. He is a recipient of several awards including: the Army Commendation Award (weird for a Marine) and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
Despite being deployed to the Middle East in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, Kevin faced greater challenges when he returned home.
He got married. He had two daughters. He even got a Jack Russell Terrier.
The fight does not end. On any fronts.
